Founded by the Polio family in the 1930s, managed by the Yengo family for over three decades, later purchased by Mark Campagnolo in the 1980s, and now owned by Jamie Ciaschi since 2005, Joe's has thrived in the community since inception. Joe's was the very first restaurant in Ithaca to have a commercial pizza oven.

Rooted in classic Italian style, Joe's was transformed in the 1980s to reflect the then-popular Miami Vice theme. Joe's was revitalized in 2005 when the current owner, Jamie Ciaschi, purchased and renovated the dilapidated property, providing a more modern and upscale atmosphere. Additional renovations took place in 2015, giving customers a new and inviting look and feel to their dining experience. Whether you're coming in for a casual dinner or happy hour, or a more formal occasion, Joe's is the place to be.
Joe's currently offers a wide variety of delicious appetizers, traditional Italian dinners, pizza and desserts, all with a Tuscan flare. We offer a full bar with a large selection of wine, beer and spirits. All appetizers are always half price in the bar area! We guarantee to have something for everyone, and vegetarian dishes are available!
